ballet tech cincinnati is finally starting the second phase of renovations on the building. We will go to bid soon for the complete repaving of the parking lot, which should yield 50 parking spaces, and a new building façade, with a new sign and upgraded exterior lighting. These improvements will significantly enhance the “sidewalk appeal” of the facility, increasing enrollment and attendance at btc sponsored events. We are also working on new landscaping so that we can finally present a World Class image of excellence from the exterior and the interior of our facility and in all of our programming, as well. Of course, all of these plans require an investment. Please consider investing in Cincinnati, and specifically, Kennedy Heights to help spur community and economic development. We have seen a tremendous improvement in the landscape and ambience of the few blocks along Montgomery Road adjacent to our location, and feel certain that we have made a positive contribution towards the community and economic development of the community.
